Participants may be placed in different departments depending on their interests and qualifications:
Front Office – Guest check-in and check-out, reservations, and customer service
Food & Beverage Service – Restaurant service, banquet support, and guest interaction
Housekeeping – Room preparation, cleanliness standards, and quality control
Kitchen & Culinary – Food preparation, plating, and kitchen operations
Sales & Marketing – Promotion, guest engagement, and digital marketing support
To join the ILN Hospitality Internship Program, applicants should:
Be at least 18 years old
Have an interest in hospitality, tourism, or hotel management
Possess basic English communication skills
Be motivated to learn and work in a professional environment
The internship duration may vary depending on the program and placement:
Short-term: 4–8 weeks
Medium-term: 3–6 months
Long-term: Up to 16 months
Interns typically work 5–6 days per week, gaining practical industry experience.
